The Kemp Title Agency, LLC has offices in Louisville, Kentucky and New Albany, Indiana.  Each staff member will provide a simple and efficient solution throughout Kentucky and Indiana to what is usually the last, but arguably most important part of the mortgage loan process -- closing the transaction.  We provide this "witness" or "mobile" closing service within a 100 mile radius of Louisville through multiple, on-site employees who are highly trained and have a superior knowledge of mortgage loan documents and related terminology.

Unlike many title agents and attorneys, the staff of Kemp Title Agency, LLC and our select group of affiliated service providers will journey to the property or any other location required by a customer who is either unwilling or unable to travel to one of our designated office settings.  We gladly provide this service in an effort to meet the demands placed upon you in this highly competitive mortgage business, as well as provide you with one additional selling point in the marketing of the mortgage loan.  You only need one contact to achieve a professional and competent closing anywhere within Kentucky or Indiana.

You will find that our pricing is both competitive and directly related to the amount of time spent on the transaction.  We encourage "in-office" closings whenever possible and will pass along those savings in the form of lower-than-average fees.  In fact, this division of the company was started after years of our internal frustration with respect of paying exorbitant "witness-only" closing fees and locating competent and service-oriented closers in other areas of the state.  As an example, many of our past service providers quoted additional fees if the customer asked questions or required any form of assistance or direction.  Secondly, many companies with whom we no longer send closing business would charge $250 for an "in-office" closing that probably took less than an hour of work.
